Responsibilities:
- You will have the primary task of controlling the workflow on a portfolio of clients.
- Dealing with more technical queries as they arise.
- Completing quality control reviews in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Review of bookkeeping and payment runs.
- Review and production of management accounts.
- FCA returns, VAT returns and registrations.
- Client billing process.
- Dealing with regular and ad-hoc queries as they arise.
- Provision of these deliverables in an accurate and timely way.
- Implementation of new clients with and without the support of senior management.
- Management of the staff completing such work.
- Interaction with, and leadership of, the BRFS team.
- Direct line management of more junior staff in some cases.
- Communication with individuals, including outsourcers, to train and develop them.
- Primary contact with senior client staff.
- Confident communication in writing and over the phone with staff of differing levels of seniority.
