Operations Director – Caribbean
Our thriving hospitality group partner is seeking a Operations Director to lead their dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of our properties, including retail operations, restaurants, sporting venues, and international brands.
If you have a strong background in Food and Beverage outlet maintenance, a keen understanding of F&B maintenance dynamics, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, every now and then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the F&B division, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including potential new locations and markets.
- Oversee the budgeting process for all outlets, including revenue projections, expense management, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Establish and maintain standardized operational procedures and policies across all outlets.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and quality control.
- Ensure that each outlet meets health and safety standards and adheres to all relevant regulations.
- Ensure that each outlet provides a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Manage the sourcing and procurement of ingredients, beverages, and equipment.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each outlet.
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring consistency in operations and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience related to operations management.
- Extensive experience in the F&B industry, including several years in managerial or executive roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets or locations, preferably in a similar scale and type of establishment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.
- Experience in cost control, revenue optimization, and financial planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
