MEP Project Manager – North Caicos

We are currently seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

As an MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure the successful execution of MEP systems. Your role will encompass project planning, budgeting,
scheduling, resource management, quality assurance, risk management, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team to define project goals, objectives, and scope
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and design documents to ensure compliance
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures
  • Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and take corrective actions when necessary
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the availability of resources
  • Establish quality standards and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Identify potential risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, permits, and RFIs


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered)
  • Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and related codes/regulations
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
