We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of School to lead a prestigious international school located in the beautiful Caribbean. The school operates a British schooling methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction of the school, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Oversee academic excellence and innovative curriculum development.
- Manage school operations, staff, and resources, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
- Engage with parents, community stakeholders, and international educational bodies to promote the school’s reputation.
- Drive student enrolment, retention, and overall success through continuous improvement.
- Uphold a culture of continuous professional development for staff.
- Maintain compliance with international accreditation standards and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership position within an international school or similar environment.
- Proven track record of managing a diverse student body and staff.
- Strong understanding of international curriculums (e.g., IB, British, American – British Preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
