Our partner a dynamic hospitality group as they expand their portfolio of resorts and mixed-use hotels across the Caribbean and Central America. We’re seeking a talented and experienced Group Head of Projects and Construction to lead their ambitious development plans.

Responsibilities:

As the Group Head of Projects and Construction, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the construction, engineering, and development teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Overseeing the feasibility assessment and design process for new developments and renovations.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Implementing best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
  • Managing budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project milestones and targets.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in project management and construction within the hospitality industry, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards shared objectives.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is highly desirable.
