As GAP Talent continues to grow into 2023, and following on from our most successful year ever in 2022, we are excited to announce the vacancy for a Finance and Operations Manager in our Guildford office in the UK.

Job Description:

As the Finance and Operations Manager, this position is a senior role role with a wide scope of responsibilities and will have an important part to play in the strategic direction of the company. In your role you will be working alongside the leadership team driving business growth and operational excellence for the entire business. This role will be responsible for the operational management of the Finance, HR, Facilities and IT functions. Reporting to the Managing Director and acting as the most senior member of the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Finance, IT and HR Functions
  • Responsibility for preparation of the annual budget, financial modelling of management accounts and preparation of management accounts
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to the directors as well as providing strategic financial advice
  • Oversee the management of the HR, IT and Facilities Functions and lend support when needed
