Title: Program Management Office Director (PMO)

Sector: Hospitality

The Ideal Candidate will possess the below Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Project Management
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a substantial portion of that time in a leadership role.
  • Experience within the hospitality or resort industry is highly desirable to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector.
  • Proven experience in setting up or leading a Project Management Office (PMO) or a similar function.
  • PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional)PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environment Six Sigma)

Knowledge and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage the PMO team.
  • Ability to mentor and develop project managers and other PMO staff.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Deep understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and management related to project execution.
