Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all operational, sales, and service functions within the dealership.

- Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and resource management.

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within an automotive dealership.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.
- Experience with Toyota is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to relocate and adapt to a new environment.
