Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. Our company is a regulated alternative asset investment marketplace providing family offices, wealth managers, and advisors access to private funds and direct deals from mid-market firms. We are focused on providing global investors with opportunities that are usually only available to institutional investors in the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets for investment business through HNW direct relationships in the UK and Europe.
- Developing and maintaining significant HNW contact base (50+)
- Understanding the UK Wealth Management arena and SME Private Equity arena.
- Building trusting relationships with HNW direct investors.
- Requirements:
- Proven fund-raising experience and sales experience for investment business through HNW direct relationships in the UK and Europe preferred.
- Significant existing HNW contact base (50+).
- Good understanding of the UK Wealth Management arena.
- Good understanding of the UK SME Private Equity arena.
- Ability to form trusting relationships with HNW direct investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in wealth management, private equity, or investment banking.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Salary: £130k plus 10% equity bonus
