Job Description

Currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) with experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. This position will oversee multiple restaurants, ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to lead and inspire teams, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple QSR locations, ensuring smooth operations across all sites. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability and service excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff across all locations. Foster a positive work culture by motivating team members, improving morale, and promoting teamwork. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for development.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service delivery by maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Monitor inventory levels across locations to prevent shortages or overstocking. Work with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality control.
  • Financial Management: Assist the General Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Control waste management, and food cost percentages to meet company profitability targets.
  • Training & Development: Lead training programs for new and existing staff to improve skill sets, knowledge, and operational efficiency. Implement programs for employee retention and succession planning.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to the General Manager on operational performance, challenges, and successes. Communicate effectively with staff to maintain operational transparency and alignment with company goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the QSR industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or AGM).

 

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
