Are you ready to elevate your career in paradise? A prestigious listed hotel group with properties across the Caribbean, Central, and Latin America is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Director to join their leadership team.
About the Role:
As Group MEP Director, you will oversee the MEP operations for a portfolio of world-class properties, ensuring the highest standards of design, maintenance, and efficiency. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence across multiple luxury resorts and hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all MEP systems and operations across the Caribbean, Central, and Latin American regions.
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of MEP-related projects, including renovations and new developments.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and best practices for energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
- Develop and mentor regional MEP teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with property leadership to address operational challenges and optimize systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a senior MEP leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead large-scale, multi-site projects.
- Expertise in energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and innovative technologies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with fluency in English (Spanish is an asset).
