Responsibilities:

  • You will have the primary task of controlling the workflow on a portfolio of clients.
  • Dealing with more technical queries as they arise.
  • Completing quality control reviews in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Review of bookkeeping and payment runs.
  • Review and production of management accounts.
  • FCA returns, VAT returns and registrations.
  • Client billing process.
  • Dealing with regular and ad-hoc queries as they arise.
  • Provision of these deliverables in an accurate and timely way.
  • Implementation of new clients with and without the support of senior management.
  • Management of the staff completing such work.
  • Interaction with, and leadership of, the BRFS team.
  • Direct line management of more junior staff in some cases.
  • Communication with individuals, including outsourcers, to train and develop them.
  • Primary contact with senior client staff.
  • Confident communication in writing and over the phone with staff of differing levels of seniority.
