Position Overview
As the Area General Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring they meet or exceed company standards for quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will lead and support restaurant management teams, implementing strategies to drive performance and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management: Oversee and support restaurant General Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless operations across all locations, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor financial metrics, manage budgets, and drive profitability through effective cost control and revenue growth strategies.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor management teams, creating opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Brand Standards: Uphold and enforce company standards for service, quality, and presentation across all locations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to optimize operations and expand the brand’s presence in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent operational and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and achieving KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Caribbean cuisine and culture (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel between locations and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
