Are you a dynamic and experienced professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the Caribbean? A leading multi-dealership master dealer is seeking a Regional Sales & Aftersales Manager to oversee operations across multiple automotive brands in various Caribbean markets.

  • Dealer Relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with existing dealer partners, ensuring operational success as new dealer facilities near completion.

  • Organized & Multitasking: You should be highly organized, able to handle high email volumes, and manage multiple brands.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Prior experience in the Caribbean or similar markets is highly desirable.
  • Spanish Language: Fluency in Spanish is an advantage, though not essential.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 annually (tax-free).
  • Bonus: $10,000 annually (paid quarterly, tax-free, based on KPIs).
  • Accommodation: $18,500 annually (subject to tax).
  • Additional Benefits:
  • Company cellphone.
  • Fully maintained company car.
  • Fuel allowance of 120 litres/month for personal use, plus all business fuel covered.
