We are seeking a Service Manager to lead and streamline our Automotive Service Center in a beautiful, expat-friendly Caribbean location. This is an exciting international opportunity for a motivated professional looking to advance their career in a tropical setting.
Our service center supports prestigious automotive brands, including Nissan, Hyundai, Suzuki, and BMW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and service staff
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and quality control procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets, costs, and resources efficiently
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing an automotive service center
- Strong mechanical knowledge of various automotive brands
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
