Note this is a full time, international position to be based fulltime in the Caribbean, flights relocation, vehicle and housing provided.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Casino Manager with a strong focus on slot machines to join our team in the Caribbean. This is a unique opportunity to lead the whole casino operation which includes, slot machine, tables, a lively entertainment roster and other elements of running the business. The Caribbean beach side location operations in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, where you will oversee all aspects of the slot floor, from staff management to ensuring optimal machine performance and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the slot machine floor, ensuring the highest levels of guest service and profitability.
- Manage, train, and develop a team of slot attendants, technicians, and supervisors.
- Monitor and analyze slot machine performance data, making adjustments to maximize revenue and guest engagement.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase slot machine play and customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with local gaming regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage inventory, maintenance schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure all machines are functioning optimally.
- Provide regular reports on slot performance and operations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Casino Manager or in a senior role with a strong emphasis on slot machines.
- Extensive knowledge of slot machine operations, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Caribbean gaming regulations is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
