Our thriving hospitality group partner is seeking a SRI Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead their dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of our properties, including retail operations, restaurants, sporting venues, and international brands.

This role focuses on procuring goods and services from suppliers who share our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices. If you have a strong background in developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with the social responsibility and sustainability goals for a large hospitality group(s), as well as a strong background in Food and Beverage outlet maintenance, a keen understanding of F&B maintenance dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that prioritize sustainable, ethical, and socially responsible procurement practices.
• Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers who uphold our organization’s values and SRI goals.
• Balance sustainability objectives with cost-effectiveness, ensuring prudent financial decisions.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.
• Ensure that all sourcing practices adhere to relevant environmental, labor, and human rights regulations.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of sourcing decisions on our SRI objectives. Regularly provide reports to management.
• Stay informed about sustainability trends and innovations in sourcing, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Promote supplier diversity and inclusion initiatives in sourcing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, ideally in the hospitality or related industry.
• Strong understanding of SRI principles, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including ESG reporting requirements.
• Project management skills.
• Certifications in supply chain management, such as CSCP, can be beneficial.

Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $100,000 – $120,000 USD.
• Additional benefits package.
